    Join our Rural Caucus forum with Erin Moyinhan, Communications Director Iowa Democratic Party, and Amber Gustafson, founder of OPE! PAC and a gun safety advocate. How do we define in clear and concise and appealing language what the Democrat’s message really is---what is the process that we should be using? Does the “Build Back Better” slogan appeal to rural Iowa? There is criticism of Democrats that they don’t know how to talk to rural Iowans—words like elitist or out-of-touch are used to describe Democrats. Are there messages that resonate better in rural Iowa than in the metros of the state? What is the best way to confront the stereotypes of Democrats that the Republicans put out there?
