2022 Primary Election

  • Tuesday, March 29:  First day to request an Absentee Ballot
  • Wednesday, May 18:  First day of Absentee/Early Voting
  • Monday, May 23:  Pre-registration deadline; Final day county auditors can mail ballots to voters
  • Saturday June 4:  County Auditors’  Offices open for Absentee/Early voting
  • Monday, June 6:  Absentee Ballot In-Person Deadline
  • Tuesday, June 7:  Primary Election Day;  Absentee Ballot Receipt Deadline

2022 General Election

  • Tuesday, August 30:  First day to request an Absentee Ballot
  • Wednesday, October 19: First day of Absentee/Early Voting
  • Monday, October 24:  Pre-registration; Final day county auditors can mail ballots to voters
  • Saturday, November 5: County Auditors’  Offices open for Absentee/Early voting
  • Monday, November 7: Absentee Ballot In-Person Deadline
  • Tuesday, November 8: General Election Day; Absentee Ballot Receipt Deadline
    (Polls are open from 7:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. CST. Absentee ballot must be received in your county auditor’s office prior to 8:00 PM CST on Election Day.)
