Meet & Greet with Congresswoman Cindy Axne

Contributions or gifts to Cindy Axne for Congress are not tax-deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. Contributions are subject to the prohibitions and limitations of the Federal Election Campaign Act. An individual may contribute up to $2,900 per election cycle; a couple may contribute $5,800. A federal multi-candidate political committee (PAC) may contribute up to $5,000 per election. Federal law prohibits contributions from corporations, labor organizations, banks, federal contractors, and foreign nationals who are not lawfully admitted for permanent residence. Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and name of employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in an election cycle.
