DESCRIPTION:The Aug. meeting of the Monroe County Democrats will be Monday\, Aug. 18 at the Albia Chamber Office on the Square\, 18 South Main\, rear entrance.  The meeting starts at 7 PM\, but join us at 6:30 for socializing and optional potluck (food encouraged but not required).\n\nOur guest speaker will be Heather Ryan of Bitches Get Stuff Done.  The group is one of the most prominent activist groups in Iowa.  Hear about activism across the state and learn about the upcoming town hall tour featuring a stop in Ottumwa.  Their FaceBook page is Bxtchesgetstuffdone .
